1. HUANENG FUYUN PORT & SHIPPING (PVT.) LIMITED is in process to get a loan from Bank in China in various currencies for berths NO.3 &NO.4 Port Qasim Project cost on B.O.T basis, and it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract.
2. HUANENG FUYUN PORT & SHIPPING (PVT.) LIMITED now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for supply Goods for the Project. Major items listed as below (more details shall be stated in the bidding documents):
—Wharf repair including front wall, fender and bitts.
—Conveying system and loading system process
—Conveying equipment and loading station equipment
—All civil work
—Generator set selection, power supply, lighting and control system
—Washing and fir fighting
—Office building, generator set room, store house, bulldozer store and others
—others
3. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by any interested eligible bidder on submission of a written application to the above address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of PKR 3000.00. 4. All bids must be accompanied by bid bonds or bank guarantee of PKR One Million, and must be delivered in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders by 0900LT on 31st Aug 2016, and will be publicly opened immediately thereafter.
5. HUANENG FUYUN PORT & SHIPPING (PVT.) LIMITED will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by bidders in connection with the preparation or delivery of bids.
